If you’re a parent or caregiver of a child with special needs, you deserve a place to connect, breathe, and speak freely with people who truly understand.
This group is designed to offer a judgment-free, safe space where we can share experiences, ask questions, support one another, and build a strong community filled with compassion and understanding.
Who’s Welcome?
Everyone. Whether your child has a formal diagnosis or you’re still navigating the evaluation process, you are welcome here.
It doesn’t matter what stage of the journey you’re in.
And you do not have to be in Illinois — we welcome parents from Western Kentucky, Southeast Missouri, and anywhere else. This is a community for all of us.
What to Expect:
• A warm, inclusive environment
• Respect, confidentiality, and no judgment
• Honest conversations with people who “get it”
• Guidance, shared experiences, and emotional support
• A chance to build real connections within our community
Side note: To help everyone speak openly and comfortably, this support group will be for adults only.
If you’ve been searching for a space where you can be understood, uplifted, and supported you’ve found it! We’re here for you, exactly as you are.
